DEEP FRY: FRY AT 350°F (177°C) FOR 6 TO 6 1/2 MINUTES. CHECK FRYER TEMPERATURE WITH A THERMOMETER. TURNOVERS SHOULD BE FROZEN WHEN GOING INTO FRYER. DO NOT ALLOW TO OVERLAP IN THE FRYER. BE SURE THAT ALL TURNOVERS ARE COMPLETELY COVERED BY THE FAT IN THE FRYER. REMOVE FROM FRYER, LET DRIP FOR ONE MINUTE. ARRANGE IN DISPLAY PAN, THEN PLACE UNDER HEAT LAMP. DO NOT OVER FRY OR UNDER FRY. CAUTION: FILLING WILL BE HOT!
