Convection Oven:
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Spread 907 g (2 lb) frozen fries in a single layer on a flat baking sheet or pan. Bake for 11 to 14 minutes.
Deep Fryer:
Deep fry 680 g (1 1/2 lb), 1/3 basket at 350°F (177°C) for 3 1/4 to 3 3/4 minutes. Shake basket after 30 seconds.
