Convection Oven:
Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Spread frozen fries in a single layer on a flat baking sheet or pan. Bake for 10 to 14 minutes. Turn once.
Deep Fryer:
Deep fry 680 g (1 1/2 lb), 1/3 basket at 350°F (177°C) for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes. Shake basket after 30 seconds.
