Deep Fryer:
Deep fry 680 g (1 1/2 lb), 1/2 basket at 350°F (177°C) for 3 1/4 to 3 3/4 minutes. Shake basket after 30 seconds.
Convection Oven:
Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Spread frozen wedges in a single layer on a flat baking sheet or pan. Bake for 9 to 13 minutes. Turn once.
