HEAT TO INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 170 - 180° F (77 - 82°C). PLACE POTATOES IN SERVING CONTAINER. FLUFF WITH FORK AND SERVE. PRODUCT MUST BE FULLY COOKED FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY. HELPFUL HINTS: (1) TO ENSURE UNIFORM COOKING, TURN BAGS OVER, HALFWAY THROUGH COOKING WHEN USING THE BOIL-IN BAG AND STEAMER PREPARATION DIRECTIONS. (2) AFTER HEATING PRODUCT THOROUGHLY, MIX THE HOT PRODUCT.
Place bag of mashed potatoes in perforated tray. Thawed: 20 - 22 minutes, frozen: 35 - 40 minutes.
Place bag of mashed potatoes into boiling water. Thawed: 30 to 33 minutes, frozen: 30 - 35 minutes.
Microwave one bag at a time. (times are based on 1700 watt oven. Adjust times according to your microwave oven.) cut slit 1/2 inch long in center of bag and place bag in microwave oven. Thawed: medium power for 16 - 19 minutes. Frozen: medium power for 30 - 33 minutes. Twice during the cook time, knead bag thoroughly to mix product and push the corners inward to avoid overheating.
